Ben Caswell began as a freelance sound engineer, working on live productions for numerous Sydney companies such as Blacksheep Production, Hot Ice Productions and SPS Productions.

He has also worked in-house at various venues like the City Recital hall and the Australian Stock Exchange, on large-scale productions for festivals, and important corporate and calendar events, as well as at Black Inc Recorders recording studio, where he recorded and mixed for numerous bands.

In 2002 Ben also started working as a freelance sound recordist / boom swinger. Since then he has worked on many short films, features, documentaries and television series, and gained experience in audio editing.
